When will I receive my first box?
Next month. Please note: we ship in the third week of each month. So if you sign up in the first part of a month, it can be normal for you to pay twice before receiving your first subscription box.
Why do I have to wait for my first box?
We design, create, and manufacture almost everything in each box every month. This takes time! When we do need to curate something (such as stud posts or a special charm) this also takes time. We thank you for your patience and know that you are going to LOVE it when you get your box in the mail!
Why don't you ship outside the USA?
Shipping is very costly and takes a long time for us to ship FROM the USA to other countries. It could take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your package and the mail has become unpredictable. We are sorry, if you'd like to purchase our amazing high quality products, we suggest you go to our CreateAlong Etsy shop- where we do have international shipping options.
